Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
For this reason, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery , as long as the sandals:

  • They have not been worn

  • They are returned in the original packaging

  • Be accompanied by the receipt or order confirmation

Custom sandals are non-returnable unless there are defects or errors on our part.
